We have gotten a little more brave about taking the boys out to dinner. Tonight we decided to take them to a newer restaurant, the Tavern on France. This was the first time that we had ever ordered off of the kids menu. It worked great because one option had the slider mini burgers, so they each got one. I couldn't believe it, Carter ate his entire hamburger! I think they are going through a growth spurt because they have been eating a lot lately. It is funny watching them eat side-by-side because they steel each other's food.
Overall, they did great. However, after I saw the enormous mess on the floor I felt bad for the waitress and am thinking we should stick to more "kid-like" places like Fudruckers where they don't even blink an eye at 100 puffs on the floor. I'm also starting to think Carter may take a little more after me and Dylan is more like Keith. That pile on the floor, it was probably 85% Carter!
They were so full and tired after dinner, they fell asleep in the car and took a little cat nap before going to be.
