Honest Scrap

Thanks to Kellie for giving me the Honest Scrap award!

The rules:

* Post 10 honest things about the Bormann Family
* Tag the person who gave you the award
* Pass the award onto 5 favorite honest bloggers

Here goes:

1. When moving to Minnesota, I prepared myself for the cold winter; however, I didn’t prepare myself for the length of the winters. We have 10 months of winter, two months of summer.

2. At the Bormann household, I’m the duster, household cook and head of laundry. Keith is the garbage master, maintenance man and grounds keeper. Dylan and Carter are the messy guests☺ Stella is our watchdog who has a loud bark and a small bite!

3. After tonight, Keith has four class sessions left!!! From that point on, he swears there will be no more voluntary education in his future.

4. I think Keith dreams about getting a new truck all day and all night long. I guess he will have to keep dreaming☺

5. I sure was lazy before we had the boys…. I would sit on the couch for about a hour a night eating chips and salsa and many nights found that I was too TIRED to fold the laundry or clean the house. I’m pretty sure I didn’t know what tired was!

6. I wish I saw the boys more often during the week, but they seem to LOVE their daycare. They get to do their favorite thing all day long: play, play and play some more!

7. When I was pregnant I never prayed for my boys to be superstars or prodigies, I prayed for them to always be happy and healthy.

8. I like to gamble way too much, good thing babies aren’t allowed in casinos.

9. Someday when I retire, I want to take a road trip circling the United States, starting in Iowa, heading west to California, then driving East all the way to Maine and back to Iowa. Hopefully Keith is up for it!

10. I get really excited to build a house with a LARGE closet someday, but I think it will be really hard to move after all the blood, sweat and tears we have put into our house.

I'd like to pass this award onto these awesome bloggers:
