Keith is now a Guinness World Record holder! On Sunday, along with a few neighbors, Keith participated in the Lifetime Fitness' worlds biggest spin class! They had 1,052 cyclists at the Target Center for a two hour spin class.
I really wanted to do it too, but it was $50 each person, plus we would of had to have a baby sitter for 4-6 hours and I wasn't sure about spending a $150 for an intense hour of biking. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would have made it.
