Fun in the water

Ryan and Andy impressed us with their synchronized back flips!  They were so dedicated, they decided to do second practice session at about 11 pm in boxers.

Saturday we hit up the outlets, enjoyed some yummy DI LUSSO paninis and then took the boat out and spent about four or five hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the lake.  The water temps were perfect! 

We also started Hawaii workout training, we swam across the cove and back on Friday and Saturday- boy was I exhausted!  Of course I'm sure all the food and drinks cancelled out any possible good I did for my body!

Friday night!

Friday night Dave and Lola impressed us with an amazing pork loin cooked on their Egg grill, Keith is now a little closer to owning one:)) 

The boys enjoyed a nice romantic candlelight dinner.

We sorta had a fire on Friday night, I started it, the Mark about set the deck on fire by adding a little much lighter fluid in conjunction with a windy night. 

Lake of the Ozarks 2010!

We had such a great time at the Lake this year!  It was a perfect time to go, the weather was nice and warm, the water was just perfect and the lake wasn't too busy since most of kids are back to school!

We were lucky to get there around 2ish on Friday and we were in the lake by about 2:15!  After floating around for a while we got straight to business and got the wake board and surf board out. 

I havn't been boarding too much the past couple years and tried the surf board for the first time.  Both were lots of fun, I probably should have gotten up early and went again on Saturday, but since it was vaca, I couldn't pass up sleeping in.

Keith was really excited to wake board since he didn't get to go to the lake last year! 

Below is the surf board.  It is kinda crazy, no boots on the board, you are supposed to get into the wake and let go and then surf in the wake. Of course I wasn't talented enough to let go, but was happy I was able to get up on the board.
