How cute are these two?

So I was thinking Alec was looking a lot like Cade when he was a baby, so I looked back at some pictures and would you agree- they are definitely brothers!  If any big difference, I think Alec might look even a little more like Jennifer than Cade did at that age.

Alec, meet Carter and Dylan

Today we took the boys to the hospital to meet baby Alec.  They were pretty excited to see him. In the car we were talking about it and we asked who they were going to see..."cousin Alec".  Then I was telling them he was Cade's brother, just like Carter and Dylan are brothers, then Carter said, "Carter Dylan are twins."  They always refer to everything as CarterDylans.  

They were excited to finally see Alec, but then chickened out when it came time to holding him.  Finally, right before we left, Carter decided he would hold him for about 20 seconds.  They both gave him a sweet little kiss before leaving.  Carter was pretty proud when he was holding him, it was pretty darn cute.

I think Alec can officially join the wild cousins group- watch out Baxter!

Alec Ryder Robinson has arrived!

Alec Ryder Robinson arrived at 3:50 pm weighing in at 7 lbs 15 oz and  20.5 inches long!  He was about a week early, but Jennifer had a check up Friday and the doctor told her she would probably be back that night.  She was thinking no, but he was right.  They went to the hospital at about 3 am, I guess a few rough hours of contractions and all went pretty well after the epidural.   Everyone is doing really well and we think he is pretty darn cute.  I need to pull out  a few of Cade's baby pictures, I'm thinking they look a lot alike.  Cade was pretty excited about him and held him a few times.  This morning he came in my room and told me his brother wasn't in his mommy's tummy anymore.  We'll see if he is still a big fan of him when he comes home tomorrow.
