Carter will in no way wear this hat.  Dylan loves it!  And I love that b/c these two just are not hat fans.  One night he was even going to sleep with it!  

 

 

 

We have a walker!

So Olivia just loves this ball and it is the funniest thing because she can barely hold it!

Yesterday when I picked her up from daycare her teacher told me she had been walking around all day.  I said, on the furniture?  She said no, all around.  I was so bummed because the boys did it at home and I got to see those first steps!  She is still pretty wobbly and not doing much more than 4 or 5 steps, but I'm guessing by the end of the weekend she will be cruising around!  

 

 

 

It's been a bit stormy around here

Back to back nights in the basement due to tornado warnings.  No complaints here, we were lucky nothing touched down near us!  

We had to move dinner into the garage!  

 

one night I looked out the window to this amazing double rainbow.  This pictured does not do it justice, it was so pretty in person.  Then I went out to my front door and it was so neat b/c you could see thefull arc.

I've been seeing everybody post pre-school graduation pictures.  Tuesday night the boys had a little program at school for the pre-school graduation.  They won't graduate pre-school until next year, but they sing songs at the show.  We didn't plan this one very well.  Keith had to be in Minnesota.  Then I told my mom it was Wednesday, so it didn't work out for her to come either.  So my arm was about ready to fall off by the end since Olivia had no interest in sitting still!  

 

Kind of odd that they are both looking to the back and nobody else is??? Maybe it's a twin thing.

For the love of baseball

If my boys like baseball a lot when they are older and are actually good, this will be a pretty darn cute picture!

A movie at Jack Trice

After spending the day playing on the slip and slide I am certain the boys would have been asleep well ahead of bedtime so we considered skipping the movie, but I managed to talk Keith into it!  And I'm glad I did, the weather was EXCELLENT!  And the boys were pretty tired so they basically just sat and watched the movie.  My friend Kristy and her family sat by us as well, so it was fun to catch up.  I hope they do it again.   

 

It's back...

We finally had a nice enough weekend for the return of the slip and slide!  It was beautiful most of the weekend.  As a matter of fact, the boys spent almost the entire time outdoors.  Friday night they played at Tristan's most of the night.  Saturday we had baseball and did this most of the day!  About a dozen kids in the neighborhood made their way down to join in on the fun.  Sunday was another day by the pool - or by our neighbor girl's zebra pool.  The boys had a blast!
