For our first Christmas together, we started a fun little holiday tradition. Each year we buy a tree ornament with the year and hang a picture of the years most significant event. I think in 10-20-30 years it will be a lot of fun for us and our children to look back on as we decorate the tree.

I did two this year. One for my grandpa, he passed away in January. He would have been 90 years old on the 17th of this month. It is still hard to believe he is no longer with us.
Keith put in a lot of hard work and sacrificed many hours away from the boys to complete his MBA, so I thought he deserved a 2009 ornament as well! Cheers to no school in 2010!

Not too late! It is crazy that we are celebrating our 5th Christmas as an old married couple!
we do this too! i think it's a great tradition! we take ours every year in front of the tree!
