I went to Target last night to pick up what I hope to be one of the last cans of formula that I purchase for the boys. I was a little surprised to see this sign in the formula aisle. You would think at $15 - $35 a can, that they would not be encouraging consumers to purchase less in tough economic times. When we were going through 2-3 cans a week I would buy like 12 cans at a time.
